Buddha Hocking says Billy Frampton leads the way by being aggressive and physical in contests.

He won't be picked, I just wanted to repeat that comment. :D
I couldn't get to the Centrals game but its the Billy Frampton,Dougal Howard n Jesse Palmer
excitement that has me planning a trip to Prospect this Saturday.
Bloody bad luck for Logan Austin :(

NUFC, YES.
Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't turnovers counted as clangers? In which case he recorded 3 for the game in comparison to Gray with 9, White with 7, Boak with 5, O'Shea with 4 (and the list goes on).
Clangers also include free kicks against, unforced dropped marks and fumbles and 50m penalties conceded.

9 clangers!?!? That's insane!

7 by Matty White as well? I'm pretty disappointed.
I put absolutely no faith in the clanger stat. It just means you're in the play and when you say 4 frees against are 4 clangers you're assuming that the umpire has got it right. You can see who gives up stupid clangers by running back into traffic when they're free. Even the kick straight to an opposition player type clanger can be misleading as it doesn't take into account the pressure that may be on the kicker.

But as to changes vs the Bulldogs. Looking through the players who took the field against the Saints I can't see any reason for dropping anyone except for the injury to Wines. The only AFL players in the SANFL best players were Frampton and Amon. Neither really played out of their skins and Frampton is not ready anyway. If Krak can return then I would like him to be the in but Ken may want him to return via the SANFL. Mitchell too may return via the SANFL. I would not consider him for a starting place but he could certainly come in to the team as a sub. In my opinion neither Amon or Ah Chee did enough for a call up.

So I would say that there should be only one change. Out : Wines(inj.); In : Krakouer or Mitchell(as sub)

I would also liketo see the Krak back in, if fit, for his delivery.

But, one needs an engine at Etihad and against the speedy Bulldogs, and Krak doesn't have that yet.

So, Jarman in for Dalhous and speed.

Hope the 2014 style team rocks up again.

Apropos of our discussion during that time Ebert chipped a 30m pass to Colquhoun and effectively stuffed it up, kicking too high. But Muffins leapt high and just dragged it down by his fingertips as a Saints player waited behind him to claim it. The club's review will see Ebo's kick for the stuff up it was, the statisticians won't.
In addition I had the feeling on Sunday that Colquhoun had a tendency to get himself into trouble and then dish it off to an under pressure teammate - same net result as a clanger kick but without the bad stats. I still think he should play though, it's a question of whether or not he can play at AFL pace - and you work that out in the AFL.

Ohh.....:cry::(
Thats not good at all. Hopefully he will get a decent pre season under his belt and contend for senior selection next year
Not a problem apparently something we were aware of when he was drafted that we are tidying up. Just looks like we are setting him up for next year.

Phew! Thanks for that, was scared it was going to end up career threatening.
He sure does show promise same as Dougal n Jesse.
If Krak is fit how about putting him on Murphy whose delivery off HB can be lethal.
Murphy is too good to not make accountable and the Krak up forward would worry him.
Sure the Bullies are good but if we're switched on we can win this

Honestly does Brad Ebert have a golden ticket to perform sub-standard week in week out with no fear of being dropped. Enough is enough, cumon Ken. At his best he is undoubtedly a great player who goes in hard (The Port Adelaide Way), finds a lot of the ball and puts it to good use, but I am yet to see that this year.

The last game alone was a shocker which should be even more highlighted by the fact we were playing a significantly sub-standard opposition. I counted two dropped UNCONTESTED marks, 7 kicks to absolutely nobody (or splitting the middle of two of our own players and finding a lone St Kilda player running through to collect) and several handballs to players who upon receiving the ball have literally one tenth of a second to dispose before getting crunched.

Ken you need to make him accountable, drop him for a week or two, give a youngster a run in the middle so Ebert knows he isn't a golden boy of the PAFC due to his last name and he is definitely not un-droppable. He may even hone up his skills get some confidence, come back in and be the missing piece in midfield that we need!

Ken you've done it with Gus which was LOOONNNGGG overdue, but now it's Ebert's turn. Back to the maggies and get your basics up to scratch.

No offense but you need to watch the replay and focus on what Colquhoun did because right now you couldn't be more wrong.

Monfries in would make sense we have to curtail one of Boyd, Murphy, Wood and to a lesser extent Johanisen. Impey was in best 3 players on ground last time we met and I really want him in but I just can't see him getting picked.

I would go Monfries-Wines
expecting Amon(sub)-Wines
Monfries makes no sense

Ah Chee, Impey and Mitchell training in white. Can't see Amon.

Who is in white behind Mitchell and in white to the right of Arch? (Damn pixels!)
Numbers on their back read:
32 - Dougal Howard ... (Behind Ah-Chee)
24 - Jarman Impey ... (Behind White)
(no number) - Frampton ... (Above Mitchell's head)
