lol, its not recommended mate and its not that easy. Think it was Robert Harvey wasnt it? And im pretty sure he did that during a finals campaign yea?

Operation is the number 1 option for chronic issue, rest second best, jumping to snap the ligament third.

Yea had a mate with it during my playing days, he said it was an absolute bitch. Can be fixed pretty easy with an operation, unsure what the recovery time is though.
