If only that was a possibility of happening!
The fact that there is more chance of me playing next week than Dan Pearce being dropped or Morabito being selected is so depressing.
One moment at Cunderdin I thought in a funny way summed up where Morabito is at as a footballer. He gathered the ball just in front of his opponent on the forward flank with a heap of space in front of him. Thought to myself "Gee here we go, go Mora!" He went to burn him off but when he tried to bounce the ball he kind of panicked and it didn't come back to him properly so he fumbled it, before being harassed over the boundary line. I reckon something like that the 18 year old Anthony would almost never happen to, but the 25 year old one after 3 knees..

Maybe I just caught him on a bad day but he was just so average even at that level and just looked cooked as a potential AFL footballer. He almost looked a little disinterested at times, if he wasn't a very high pick that played a good season 6 years I doubt anyone would want to select him.

Then I guess like you and others have said what have we got to lose with the season shot than to give him a go and find out for sure..

I really don't blame him for the apparent disinterest as this year has still not gone his way. Yes the injuries were minor compared to previously but they have come every single time he was building momentum.

He probably has been thinking about life after footy and that's perhaps why Ross has sent him some tough love saying publicly that he is running out of time. For mine it has sunk in and Mora is playing better and is being mentioned by the website as pressing for selection for the first time this year.

If Mora gets a game in the coming weeks it wont be out of sentiment it will be because he has now earnt it - I hope it happens.

I think Salim too will be happy.

Someone introduce him to some of the rugby girls when they get back from Rio
Agreed. Those ladies are pretty awesome. Tough too. Maybe the Dockers should sponsor a welcome home party and make sure all of our 100 gamers go...

So looks like Adelaide have their entire squad to select from this week - only Keenan Ramsey not listed as test on their injury list. So expecting an easy win for us.

I just saw lyons cut into the olympics. He's got hair. Makes me laugh. Where'd that hair come from.

Yes he did. He's a very good backstroking lazy bastard in the big arena.
