Indeed. It was tough out there for the whole team but Waterman has shown something already this year and Brander was probably nervous as hell but that is unavoidable.
I'm not saying we should drop them. But they gave us not much at all I50 tonight. Why not pick another mobile forward who can at least offer a second lead?

Out: Cripps, Sheed, Nelson (unlucky)
In: Ah Chee, Barrass, Ainsworth/Partington/Petrucelle

If Barrass isn’t good then Schoey to come in.

B: Hurn Barrass Sheppard
HB Jetta McGovern Duggan
C: Gaff Redden Masten
HF: Rioli Waterman LeCras
F: Lycett Kennedy Ryan
R: Naitanui Yeo Shuey

INT: Brander, Cole, Ah Chee, Ainsworth/Partington/Petrucelle

Who exactly.....??????

We don't have anyone except oscar allen but if you go by form

Brander > Allen.......

And

Ryan, Rioli, Cripps, Lecras, Waterman >>>> Ah Chee, Petch and Hutchings.... They have been known to score a bag they are proven none of the right are known to score bags WHICH IS THE POINT

I would consider one of the two Allens, if fit. At the very least, I'd bring Ah Chee back to play as a deep forward.

Cripps is struggling.

Ah chee is not a deep foward... He is not known to score more then 2 goals a game...

Allen < BRANDER and thats not saying much (based on wafl form and general statistics)

I do agree with cripps however

It's not necessary to address me like that. Goodnight.

Sheed is very dissapointing. He's just very slow in mind.

Nelson was pretty average also, liability with ball in hand.

Cripps meh, I don't think he will be dropped.

Probably barass and hutch for Nelson and sheed.

Well if we bring in another tall foward we will have to drop them because otherwise we would be too tall.

Don't see the point of dropping a young forward on debut for not being good enough just to replace him with the debut of another young forward. If he does poorly (and he probably will on debut) do we drop him after one game as well?

Just seems like a great way to screw with their confidence.

in: ah chee petch barrass/schoey
out: sheed (pains me to say) cripps brander maybe unlikely

lecras Cripps.........two like for likes ....we have Ryan and Rioli ...that’s four small forwards

Is that too many ......yes is my call
It can work if they have an impact rotating through the middle. Lecras and Rioli kinda go ok in that role. Cripps honestly I think is pretty shithouse all round and Ryan is an absolute x factor we need in the forward line.

Settle down mate. There’s no need for name calling or to shoot someone down for a differing opinion.

I just wish our other small forwards had even half of the work rate and defensive side that Cripps has got. It's painful the way he butchers it at times, but he also does a lot of good things that others don't, so I am constantly torn on whether or not I want him in the side. I certainly couldn't drop him on the basis of tonight's game. He was far from our worst.

We've got four small forwards and he's probably the least creative.

Out: Sheed
In: someone in decent form that can play midfield and actually attempts to tackle when the player is standing next to them with the ball.

Hutchings and Ah Chee were both poor vs. Hawthorn. So neither of them. Someone else.

Reasons he is on the chopping block is because the

Lecras > Cripps (Can be argued the other way but that's how I and I think the coach sees it.)

And the fountain of youth

Ryan, Rioli, Waterman should take the spot unfortunately since you got to look at future and potential X factor

Really want to see Ah Chee given a full game as a midfielder against the bombers. There should be a spot available this week, though i suspect it will go to hutchings.

Also others have already said it, but Cripps just isn't cutting the mustard. Hard to remember a best 22 lock we've had over the years with so few tricks. Unfortunately I think we'll be stuck with him for a while yet, but hopefully the developing guys like venables, pet and the soon to be drafted cameron will force him from the side sooner rather than later.

Gee this board is full of shit eating muppets. Nelson was 10 times more useful than Jetta. MC is drunk if they punt Nello before Jetta.

Dropping Hutch was a poor decision with Sheed not in good touch. Really poor defensive side to Sheed tonight which is sad.

out: Jetta, Sheed
In: barrass hutch

Brander was poor but we got smoked in the midfield for the majority of the game. Give him A run vs essendon I reckon.

We were casual defensively up the ground and got hurt. Hopefully a rocket for our forwards and.mids to work back.

Shue was garbage but you have to back him in to improve for the run.

I don't think so.
Jetta > Nelson atleast Jetta can kick well. We are expecting too much from jetta he played HBF not wing not mid. He isn't expected to touch it hes expected to defend like Duggan
