Tarrant - McPhee or Mal (not sure how Mal has gone on him in the past but Im guessing he would have played on him during those grand finals)

H Black - Stanton

They have good talls down back with McPharlin, Johnson, Parker, I dunno if we should play Johns to stretch em as no doubt theyll cover both Lloyd and Lucas as has been the case over the last 9 years. Hirdy is the X factor though.

And agree re Bradley out for Laycock - but only when absolutely fit...no rushing back, not at this stage. Still want to see Ryder spend at least a quarter in the ruck every game to develop that area. Bradley traded at end of year....

Our forward line functioned bloody well on the weekend. why try and fix something that isnt broken?

Wonder if they will want revenge on Lovett Murrey hope so i want to see the carr brothers get owned again.

Bring on Dyson or Johns for Bradley only other person i can see missing out is slats which i don't think will happen. Johns played well against them last time accuracy let him down a bit though.

Ok so we just drop someone wo despite what some people are saying wasnt terrible in the first round simply because you have doubts on him.

Please anyone do tell me what Bradley did wrong yesterday , what mistakes did he make that put us in danger of losing to Adelaide?

As for the rest , do we want to change a forward set up that worked so well last week and bring Johns in?.
Laycock looks like he will be ready to play this week but if we do play him his role will be limited to a few short runs in the ruck and nothing else simply becuase his match fitness wont be too great. It puts us in a position where we use on bench spot for a player who can only give us 40 mins of footy max in one spot with no flexability.
Those chipping in with Dyson simply because of stats should know that Houli was just as good if not beter on saturday. Houli didnt end up with the same numbers in the end but he was more effective with his disposal. Some of Rickys kicking was pretty shoddy and he had a number of turnovers.

i'm sure i saw more than 1, his chasing was exceptional and was quite cool with the ball when up the ground. IMO will be even more comfortable at the Dome in front of the Bomber fans and quite possible more dangerous up forward this weekend, wouldn't drop him yet imo

Yep, the pressure we put on them inside our foward 50 was great.

A interesting stat that i read today, last year we were ranked #1 for clangers inside 50, on sunday we had none.

yep, says a lot about last year, we got a lot of the ball but turnovers killed us. We are definately learning and improving

I am not sure about JJ and campo, laycock may be fit but there is uncertainty over these players.

How about ryder on tarrent his fast and REALLY inpressed me on the weekend, i would put fletch on pavlich and mal on mcpharlin

look i wouldnt make any changes BUT the one thinking about would be lovett murrey for heff and jj can take heff spot when he comes bak foe experience in the middle.

for the 2 negatives davey i would keep his pressure was great and his only played a match but his got sighs like his brother and jobe was sooooo dissappoiting on the weekend but was really good last year so we keep him if he can improve his foot skills, i also love johns but our forward line funtioned well lets keep it. overall no changes but heff could supply run with reasonable skills
