I agree, both are important in moving the ball, they arent hardball get players. We have too many hard players in the team, we need the x factor players

we don't need x factor. we need players who are prepared to work hard and do their job.

Stringer had X factor but he's a much better player, being consistent and playing for the team.

The same is said for Watts and Motlop.
