Huge as in "churros".Churros?
Churros?
Anyone know how serious Hutchings injury is?
He's been a revelation over the last couple months as a tagger. Arguably better than Selwood has been as a tagger IMO.
Huge as in he's been living in the gym, looks like he has put on a fair bit of muscle his legs look like Ollie Wines' (quadzilla) legs. I remember in 2012 he was sleeping in a high altitude tent and was smashing the gym, will be good if it doesn't effect his running and he can use his extra size on the inside to smash the packs.Huge as in ripped, or huge as in "poptarts are part of a healthy breakfast"?

IN: Yeo, Naitanui, Selwood
OUT: Carter, Cox, Hutchings
Pending other results.
Seriously need to put McGovern back forward. Our best lead up and best mark. Can't remember the last time Darling took a contested mark
If that does so does the double handed jumper punch to mcgoverns face from jamar.Wonder if McGovern gets cited by the MRP - there was a clash in our d50 from a loose ball where McGovern drilled a bloke. They didn't replay it, hopefully nothing in it

Perfect weather forecasted, hopefully it doesn't change.
No if Richmond win on the Saturday its a dead rubber, and there are all sorts of percentage considerations about beating Adelaide to the spot. Collingwood can also win and make it a dead rubber.Anyone here making the trek over to Metricon for the game?
As I understand it, a win over the Suns will guarantee the Eagles the 8th spot regardless of the other results? Regardless, it's a pretty important game and your boys will need the support for arguably their most important game of the 2014 season to date. Even though I'm a GC fan, losing in round 23 can only benefit us for next year (and there's no point winning now...), and I've always had a spot spot for the WCE (my local grassroots club is the Ipswich Eagles - same guernsey!), so I honestly hope you blokes do win and make it into finals.
Not sure what the local support for West Coast is like in Queensland, but I'm hoping for a decent turnout on Sunday! Battle of the Coasts!
I guess I am being ambitious by assuming Richmond and Collingwood will lose.No if Richmond win on the Saturday its a dead rubber, and there are all sorts of percentage considerations about beating Adelaide to the spot. Collingwood can also win and make it a dead rubber.
Would expect them both to be beaten, but with Ross Lyon's patented rest them up for no net travel/chances loss and go hard in the finals approach anything could happen. Sydney can't lose top spot even with a loss and Hawthorn will be playing Geelong at the MCG week one either way (barring phenomenally insane margins, so never going to happen) so there isn't anything riding on those matches other then fringe players pressing their case to hold spots if others are due back. That and you could say winning form is good form.I guess I am being ambitious by assuming Richmond and Collingwood will lose.
I have the same 4 as you which hurts as i like the way Mcginnity goes about it. But if we need his aggression and physicality id probably drop Hill, I feel like he drifts in and out of games too oftenIf this week (or more likely next week if we make it) we have everyone available, who misses out and also who gets the vest?
Assuming Cox doesnt play, I think there is room for 4 of these 7 players in the 21 and a 5th to get the vest:
Bennell Schofield Cripps Hill McGinnity Hutchings Sheed
I think the rest of the team have cemented their spots.
If we play 3 rucks, there is only room for 3 of these players in the 21, but hopefully we don't.
Which 4 would you choose?
I'd go with:
Bennell McGovern Brown
Hurn Mackenzie Butler
Masten Priddis Gaff
Hill Darling LeCras
Lycett Kennedy Cripps
R Naitanui Yeo Shuey
I Schofield Selwood Ellis
S Hutchings
With McGinnity and Sheed missing out.
I also wouldn't be opposed to Schofield missing out, Hutchings into the 21, and McGinnity in as sub.
