In Garlett
Out Hannan or ANB

Hannan 9 disposals no tackles 0.2 score and 4 marks last game
Anb 15 disposals 2 tackles 1.2 scoring and 4 marks

Wait for Viney in verse Carlton, rather not have him travel and play for the first game back
I think out of these two anb survives. On watching the replay anb did some good things in the last quarter which I think may save him. He had a beautiful kick to Petracca on the wing, of course Petracca then completely shanked the kick but it would have been a great play. He worked really hard to kick that goal and was probably one of the few players that didn't look tired at the end of the day.

Can’t drop Hunt. Slowly getting his touch back, but he’s breaking lines already with his run. So so so undervalued.

6th most metres gained by any of our players yesterday, and maybe with the exception of Hibberd who took all on, the most gained by carrying the ball.

It’s that 10-20m that breaks lines, as teams setup to intercept the longest possible kick out of the backline. If he takes 20m, and then kicks 40-50m, he clears most teams zones, and usually gets into the 1v1 forwards, which TMac was gobbling up yesterday.
I don’t reckon he’s been that player since mid 2017. I can’t recall him breaking many lines yesterday or this year in general, and even less frequently does he get a good kick away after said line breaking dash.

And since when is sixth best at something a good point to support an argument! :)

Goodwin just confirmed Viney will return through the VFL.

Goood, gooooood, starve him! I'm also not against the idea of locking him in a cage and poking him with pointy sticks for the next week and a bit.

Revised changes:
Out: ANB
In: Salem

Minimal changes for a winning team.
Agree. ANB wasn't shocking but he's stranded playing as a small forward when really he's a midfielder. Fritsch and Hannan played higher on Sunday so play them closer to goal and have Salem on the wing primarily.

I already feel sorry for the first poor VFL bloke that takes possession near JV ... he’s going to hurt him!
That said Viney is going to have a target on his head from the weekend warriors

Is there many or them left at VFL level? Regardless, I'd enjoy watching them try!
Yeah there is still a few around. There are VFL players out there that love to claim the scalp of AFL listed players.

Viney can handle himself though

When there’s 18 spuds worse than you

Out: ANB, Fristch/Harmes/Melksham/Hannan/Hunt/Spargo/Weid

In: Salem, Garlett

I don't care how, I want Jeffy in.

Assuming we'll have a surprise 1-2 week injury to one of the above anyway?

Out of those guys I'd say Hannan for Jeffy

Hannan kicked three against the Dons, surely he gets another week? I reckon we can't keep chopping and changing between Garlett/Hannan/Kent/Fritsch/Spargo and expect them to have any kind of continuity. Having said that, I could see them leaving Spargo at home now that he's got a taste and telling him to watch Jack closely in the VFL to see what it takes to make it.

I like Hunt, but coming 6/22 not exactly a landslide result in his favour.

We need to fix Hunt. I don't know what it is, but he's too important to not be playing, or be playing poorly. We have a lack of pace in our team, particularly without Kent playing too...

Doesn't find the ball enough, that is his biggest problem. You could cop the errors if he was getting it 15-20 times a game but averaging 12 disposals a week in 2018.
