Mciness should never play for WC again. Honestly, why would we even bother? He literally has done nothing. He drops marks, he can't find targets, and he's been on our list for years. We are better off bringing in Brander and developing him then persisting in someone who will never be. But Vardy had a decent WAFL performance, so he gets the nod.
I think Ryan needs a reality check. He's looking lazy out there. Bring in Parto for a run.

We need to not rob our midfield to plug other holes. The midfield needs as much quality we can get into it not less, that means Yeo plays mid and if Gov stays forward then we pick another taller backman.
Giants have two tall forwards in Patton and Lobb. Both are big talls 199 and 207cm. If Barrass isn't back then we should look other options and not play Yeo back. We really need MacKenzie right now but that isn't working out for us, hence the whispers that we are into Alir x2. Do we try a Brander or O Allen as a kp back to take Lobb or Patton? Do we just go with a smaller medium backline and play a Sheppard or Hurn on Patton who pushes up field?
Whitfield running off the Giants half back line is a must stop proposition. If Ryan misses do we bring in a Petracelle to keep Whitfield checked and hopefully snag one or two with his pace. I really thing Ryan needs to sit out, his output has been down and the accident on early Mon morning isn't helpful, give him this week off and a run in the WAFL the following IMO.
McInnes out for Vardy has to happen, it looks like Vardy is reaching some decent match level fitness and form. He's even a sneaky option to play as a lose chb as he reads the play really well in defense.
Will be surprised if Le cras plays, pretty quick recovery from a wrist.
Sheed in for Ainsworth to again bolster that midfield.
Jetta out for either Nelson or maybe M Allen.

Good thing about Vardy in for Fmac is that we could legit ease NN a bit by playing him deep forward and having slyce and Vardy doing majority of the ruckwork against Dawson Simpson.

I am kinda hanging out for our forward line and full back to come back and us beat up on some teams. Then we will send thoughts and prayers for Figure 09 and ep2006. And beat up on the Purples. I hope we finish top 4 just to cheer up the miserable amongst us.

I'm not sure playing Nic forward will help us that much. The guy didn't take a single mark v Adelaide.
Maybe give him this week off?
Throw Jetta up forward in place of Ryan. Give him three weeks up there, ask him to remind us while we traded for him....

I have kept away from BF a bit lately and i swear every comment of that poster has been very negative. Those posts are actually worse than ep's.
Can't risk not playing NN. That said he is better option up forward purely because he'd bring the ball to ground more often that Fmac would and his opponent/s would shit the bed a couple times. Talia gave a handful of Free's to Lycett on Saturday and NN is far more damaging that Slyce.
The bold part makes me roll my eyes and its not because of you but how common that view is on here. less than 10 months ago it was throw Jetta into defence to see what he can do. That comment kinda holds merit as Jetta's best footy at the back end of his Sydney career was in defence. I still think defence is where he plays the best footy and probably needs a few weeks at EP finding a bit more of the footy and form.
I honestly see bring back Venables for Rya.

Well at least JK trained. So did Eric Mackenzie too. According to Hurn on 6pr tonight Lecca, Barrass and JK all trained in some capacity. But who knows. The club is hardly being transparent on that front anyway.
