Crozier's working on his size. It takes time to build up properly (and avoid injury) unless you're a freak like Fyfe. http://www.afl.com.au/news/2015-12-07/size-matters-as-crozier-targets-fyfelike-transformation-
I think I agree with others that his best position is high half forward but he's so inconsistent it's really hard to judge. I'm not convinced he has or ever will have the endurance to play in the midfield. He has a good range so can kick from outside 50 and is normally fairly accurate when he does. I like his aerial ability but he never seems to use it. He rarely takes a contested mark (I suspect because of his size) and takes very few marks total in an average game. He's super fast, so seems to be capable of getting separation when leading up but for whatever reason he doesn't seem to be considered a suitable target for our other players to kick to.
Nothing in his analysis tells me he's a keeper but there is just this feeling with him that he could offer something amazing when everything clicks. I'd persist for a few more weeks with him but he really needs to show more and some consistency - he's probably lucky we are in the position we are. I really hope he does show some good form in the coming games but on the flip side he's had 4 years already and he's no developing KPP.
