So I have my own opinions on the Suban situation but most of it's been covered. Personally I would've loved DeBoer to come in and can understand Tucker being dropped but thought Grey did enough. Hopefully Suban is more a like-for-like swap that will allow Grey to come back in when he rectifies his faults.

Since I've lived in Iceland for the last 2 years until this one can someone please give me a run down on Hughes? Is he an Ibbo or Johnno or the next Fyfe? He seems to be held in pretty high regard but can't understand that if this is the case how come he's never gotten a game? Stoked to watch him and hope he burns it up!

Griffin will need Taberner to help him out forward of centre and Dawson in the back half, Mumford is a machine and Lobb is a contested marking beast.

I wouldn't mind this. If he plays his usual role expect his usual output. 1 game at Peel against the worst team in the WAFL isn't going to turn him into a good midfielder. Give him a crack up forward and see what happens.

Suban does occasionally have a good game. I can see him tearing this game up to keep his spot in the side. If he has another stinker he'll be straight out, so he's not going to risk that.

Hughes picked up AFL quite late, but seems to be a natural at the game. Had a beautiful game v Port last year. His kicking's still a bit hit & miss, but watching him at training pre-season he's worked hard on his disposals, and the rest of his game makes up for it.
