Good lord no.. I'm sure Pav, with Hannath/Sandi rotating., and the third tall in Mayne will be enough. Silvagni does his job better as defender.. Let's leave it at that.

More of a pinch hitter up forward at Hawks but could be named to be a defender to combat the height there too. Who knows. Obviously trying to get us worried in the height area.

Word on Big Boy is that they have an inexperienced ruckman as emergency as BigBoy had his leg strapped and barely trained this week. The hawks supporters say there was no reason for him to be an emergency unless big Boy was under a cloud.

We're really backing Hannath in. I think I like. Someone said on here a few weeks ago that he could bust out at any minute and I agree.
Silvagni in war dog mode to wreak havoc in the back line. I'd like to see him get right up Gunston and put him off his game.
Neale to start. We can't lose our two best extractors and just expect a someone to pick up the slack. Neale is an in and under player, so put him there.
Ibbo to help out with the intercept marking and sweeping role while MJ battles whoever.

Yeah I wouldn't want to be between Silvagni and the ball that's for sure! Could be his last chance, probably not, but could be!

Hill and CPearce will be asked to push into the contested midfield battles a touch more and leave the HB flanking duties to Ibbo and MJ (when he's not playing more accountable stuff). SCOS comes in to allow MJ to play his more damaging role.

People need to remember that, as good as MJ is at playing the third tall role where he only has to play 1-on-1 occasionally, when he's asked to play as an old fashioned KPP defender, he tends to be found out over the course of the game. We were always going to bring in a tall like SCOS to cover for Dawson for that reason.
