Yep . It might take month or so but we should get a better idea.Once we add Logue, Sturt and Treacy to our team this week we can actually get a better idea of where our team is at. So far we have just been playing depth.

I don't think you can attribute a reversal of form to 3 players with a combined total of 31 games.Once we add Logue, Sturt and Treacy to our team this week we can actually get a better idea of where our team is at. So far we have just been playing depth.
We do not have a forward line atm so bringing in Treacy and Sturt will give us that forward line. We do not have a key tall defender so bringing in Logue will futher strengthen our backline. If those three don't excite you than you haven't been paying attention.I don't think you can attribute a reversal of form to 3 players with a combined total of 31 games.
That's the problem, we never ever get our full 22 on the park.
Why don't we give the new staff a chance aye? We have a new training regime and less soft tissue injuries.First season post both Boyle & Weber being at the club and things are 10x as worse.
it will help our structure and have a trickle down effect.I don't think you can attribute a reversal of form to 3 players with a combined total of 31 games.
I didn't say anything about exciting me, I'm happy when they are available. I think your over-estimating their impact. We do not have a forward line atm so bringing in Treacy and Sturt will give us that forward line. No shit really? It's the games played I mentioned. Every where else that seems to be a reason for let downs, we aren't exactly bringing in experience.it will help our structure and have a trickle down effect.

I’m not buying that. Carlton had plenty of injuries. We’ve made a deliberate decision to play a very young midfield and a rookie ruck. They were smashed. Still, maybe long term we get a dividend. That's the problem, we never ever get our full 22 on the park.

Schultz stats hold up pretty well across the league. How many of Acres, Schultz, Colyer, Hughes, Conca, Giro be in the best 22 of any other side.?
We aren't getting any where near finals with a majority of them in the side.
Injuries are killing us but as depth these guys are killing us.
If we had a full strength side, Logie and Wilson or Ryan can be those 2 back pocket players. Alex Pearce to play full back. Hamling/Cox or even Chapman to play CHB. You can decide the 2 back flankersWe really really need a quick shutdown small defender with a decent kick.
What's with the hate for Giro? Many here want him dropped this week?? He got more disposals than 2 of our full-time mids and kicked a goal.
I have a soft spot for Giro. Only because he comes from SA. Saying that... He has had injuries in the last 2 years. Didn't play 1 dockers game In 2019 or 2020. Schulz is a medium forward. How many of Acres, Schultz, Colyer, Hughes, Conca, Giro be in the best 22 of any other side.?

easy mate.... You can't just cull the list after one game. I do expect 4 changes to happen this week.Reality is that Fremantle just don't have the conviction to do what is right, there should be about 5 players dropped after that nonsense but it won't happen. Fremantle as a club is medicore, they sacked Ross too late and then replaced him with someone who only has 1 gameplan.
I've made peace with it that Fremantle likely won't win a premiership until my newborn child is an adult.
I want valente to have his debut game in round 5. He is from SA so give him his debut game at Adelaide oval Infront of his friends and family. I will be going there too.Good changes.
Leno Thomas would be getting closer. Valente would’ve debuted by now had he been fit.
True, that's why youth and depth players are rotated. That's the problem, we never ever get our full 22 on the park.
I will eat my hat if Valente makes his debut in round 5. There is literally no suggestion he’s remotely close to a debut - not even at Peel.I want valente to have his debut game in round 5. I agree on the rucks somewhat. The game has chang d since then, and a big lumbering ruck is a liability. Need tall mobile like Lobb. Meek is pretty mobile, but not as skillful.True, that's why youth and depth players are rotated.
Some want meek dropped. But I think it's a good idea to have 2 rucks each week. If we drop one then that sole ruckman is likely to be worn down and possibly get injured.
Still remember from 2011-17 either 2 of Sandilands, Jono Griffin or Zac Clarke played each week.
