I think they will both play.
But if Ryder is out I bring in Thomas and swing Howard forward/2nd ruck.
If Houston doesn’t get up then Bonner takes his spot.

Nah losing key players during the game is getting a little old. I would save him for Essendon.
Grundy actually goes ok and taking an unsound player in against him is going to end badly.
Thinking about it maybe the smart move is Doogs in the ruck and running with him.
I have Grundy in my Ultimate Footy team - he's going to score a billionty points next week.
Frampton plays, even if Ryder is fit. We can heavily manage Ryder if Frampton plays well.
Its a massive gamble, We need a fit Ryder come September but without him we may not win next week thus not make Finals, hopefully Ryder plays gets through the game fine and Billy is good enough to carry the bulk of the work and back it up v Essendon.
We can look at rotating Howard forward against Essendon and come finals. But think we may need his height against Cox.

Frampton plays because you want him to or because you think Ken will pick him?
I want him and we need to, i don't think Ken has a choice. No one else can come in to offer what Dixon does, the dominant presence up forward.
Howard maybe able to go forward, but we may need him to jump against Cox and Hombsch was awful last week, so i'm in no rush to bring him back if we do roll Howard forward.
Plus Frampton allows us to take load of Ryder and manage him a bit better (assuming Ryder plays and Frampton is competitive.)
I’d say it’s ridiculous at this point to say it’s a given Frampton will play. Most likely scenario is probably Lindsay in for Dixon, Dougal into the ruck with Westhoff the chop out, and probably Hombsch/Trengove back into defence

Robbie in the guts with Frampton and Wines, Gray knows how to extract the footy from a losing ruck.
Watts to what used to be called CHF to get the ball forward.
Polec and Motlop on the wings.
Defense is okay.
Ebert dropped and Bonner in.
I am being optimistic here for a change.

Don't know why but I really do think we can win, we have to bring in a ruck though to keep Westhoff forward.

You spoiled my plan.
We have to win, so I hope we go full on manic like we do and attack hard, Bucks will be expecting us to go all defensive after the 1st quarter.
