This is really annoying. I don't bag Ken I have messed around with enough horses to how things can go south when things go south but Billy should have been given run against GWS and that was obvious before during and after the game. Lining up against a 6 game ruckman to get a taste as opposed to should we bring him in against the possible All Australian ruck.

Would love Howard up forward but he’s too valuable in defence.
It’s a big game and Boak as the captain has to step up and play in the guts.
S.Gray was invisible for most of last weeks game so he goes and would definitely not risk Ryder.
If Polec isn’t fit got no idea who comes in, maybe Sam Gray will stay.

Doogs can be a valuable forward. It's a good plan B. It is less than ideal but you would live with it. The back 6 won't fall apart.

Yeah agree, Howard could be brilliant up forward, shown by his 8 goal game in the SANFL last year, but i’m scared moving him out could really hurt our defense like in the showdown. Especially when Collingwood have a giant like Mason Cox.
Collingwood don't have a super tall forward line, Jonas and Clurey with Westhoff floating behind the play may be enough.
We could try doogs at FF and move him back if we need him there.
The only problem with Howard up forward is that we'd need to bring Hombsch back which I'm definitely against.

Jonas was screaming at Ebert to swap to allow him to go to McGovern, Ebo ignored him. Couple this with him running over the ball and Ebo should be droped.

Not according to Malcolm Blight..apparently we are having a dream run.
Watts will just get triple teamed. Howard forward could be a game changer.
Blame the system, not the individual. With the exception of Jonas, every one of our players from that era - regardless of their age or position - has regressed to some degree.

At least Jack will be on the move and try to get out on the lead. Need to create some space for him.
Howard way quicker. Has a Blight move feel about it.
Forward craft at AFL level wouldn't be anywhere near up to standard. I'm not against the idea but it certainly won't be game changing. Traditionally we've beaten Collingwood convincingly with a small forward line. So it had to be that approach. Not sure it will happen again though.
Id be looking at it this week, send a message. But it'll be hard especially if Polly doesn't come up.
Dixon we know is out, Paddy more then likely out ? Houston and Polec unknowns and likely outs.
Makes dropping Ebo and S.Gray Hard.
SPP, Frampton, Bonner and Trengove would have to be the ins.
Can we add one or two more to drop Ebo and S.Gray ? Probably not.
If Houston and Polec both play id drop Ebo and possibly even Gray for Bonner and Trengove.
