Agree about Keayes in the middle.
Let's bring in our junior mids and play Hanley back, maybe even Rich back, so Paparone and Mayes can play forward. I also think maybe Robinson could be good down back? Or forward? Rather than permanent midfield?

We need to play 2 ruckmen

We aren't going to get better by playing less talented players.
 
Paps and Mayes to play fwd with Green and Taylor making way.
Rich and Hanley to move back to defense.
C.beams is too slow to play AFL and must be dropped.
Matho, Cutler and N.Robbo need to come in.
Can't wait for Skinner to be available.

As mentioned earlier I wouldn't be against Paine having a crack if both Mcstay and Andrews are out.

Any less than 2 players getting dropped this week will leave me fuming.

That's true but Robertson just butchers the ball and hasn't really got much in the way of talent. Albeit he tries hard.

Hard to give a **** but here is who I hope gets the chop.

Out:
Gardiner - gave away a few dtupid free kicks and just seems more interested in hurting people than playing footy.

Green - Selfish player who never looks to get team mates involved.

Claye Beams - No impact.

Ins:

Andrews - hopefully woll be right to go.

Robertson - Has a crack and gives his all out on the field.

Matho - same as above and may as well get games into kids.

We are an unmitigated disgrace. Our midfield have some serious tabs on themselves and are just happy to always be second to the ball and a pack of softcocks. Pretty sick of this shit and not looking forward to getting stitched up by Melbourne and Hogan next week.

I love that you've given our midfield an absolute (and warranted) pasting but chosen to drop two defenders and a forward.

Who would you take out of the midfield? There isn't anyone else really banging down the door. My selections were more about who played exceptionally poorly.

I don't know how you can conclude that on the basis of just 20 senior games. He's been emergency for the seniors at least four times this season and has been in the best for the reserves nearly every week. Given the way the senior team is playing he deserves an opportunity.

I think we will see a raft of changes this week at selection and with our structures.

Contested Footy is a our big weakness, now the following ins won't fix this immediately but were drafted for their contested footy. Freeman needs to play 1s. we need to develop him in the seniors, this also allows us to stretch a defensive line up, McStay comes back in to stiffen the backline. I also have Liam Dawson back in because he needs game time. Nick Robertson works so hard, we need some of his endeavour, not sure why he is on the outer at the moment.

harwood very lucky to stay in, showed some run and dash in the 2nd half last night which saved him.

rich to supply some good disposal off half back, if hanley plays put him back there as well. if pearce plays mcstay out.

some grunt in the middle with rhys and nick. on nick people say his disposal is a problem, i agree but it is just as good if not better than tom bells and bell has had a lot more time in the system i am confident nicks will improve not so toms.

mitch and rohan up front, surely they can harras and pressure.

He should be sacked. Not just change. I am not sure i will ever forget that dreadful, lost and sleepy look he had in the box. Like players , it looked even he didnt try to do anything. Last week he said "enough of talk" to midfielders. Well its time club says the same to him and show him the door. I dont know if i have it in me now to watch this anymore until something changes in BIGBIG way...leppa showing the door will just be a start

Shocking effort against Collingwood and the worst game I've watched in ages.

If an on ball rotation of Beams, Rockliff, Zorko, Bastinac, Bell, Robinson and Rich cant win us the contested football, we're in some big trouble.

agree, i have been a supporter of claye but last night changed my mind at least in the short term, he needs a spell in the ressies and if he gets back in he is playing for his career for the rest of the year.
