Barry a chance of returning? Been on SC bench all year haha
Barry, Watts, Trengove, and Toumpas will be in! Just to show the Demons that their trash are our treasure, and our treasure is too good for them... :p

Bassett says that Byrne-Jones, Jonas and Watts are all a chance to play this week. But regarding Watts: "It's always dependent on the form of the people in front of you. The forward line performed well, they kicked 20 goals...it makes it tougher for him to come straight back in. It's great that he played well, but we're thinking bigger picture as well...we want him playing good footy, he's here for a long time so (we want to) get him in good nick and get him back in the side."

When asked if Marshall and Watts can play in the same team: "There's always room for good players in the same team, so if they're providing offence and defence...they're both clean below their knees, they're both skilled and talented footballers so you can definitely fit them both in if they're both playing well."

Jack Watts is now depth farken...

I can see either Thomas or Marshall coming out for Watts, but if DBJ is injured I'd bring Watts in for him and send Ebert across half back with Hoff down there to help out too. Ebert played a lot of game time forward against the Bulldogs so I could easily see Watts slotting into that position and us sending Ebert down back, where he played a lot for us when he first arrived, and filling in that role with the Hoff to help out as he won't need to play as much time forward with Watts back in the team to fill a tall in the forward-line.

Yes, we did kick 20 goals but it was against the Dogs. Watts would have kicked a few himself if he was playing.

IN: Jonas, Watts
OUT: Clurey, DBJ (rested) (Motlop, Ebert, Hoff more defensive to cover DBJ)

Yep, put me down for one of these. Although Clurey may be favoured over Hombsch this week given that one of Clurey's strengths is his endurance and Hogan and McDonald are both running machines.

Yeah I'm fine with either of Clurey or Hombsch, As long as it's not Doogie.

Yea Clurey will 100% take Hogan this week. He is a running machine now and I reckon only Clurey can match him.

Watts played well on the weekend but well enough for a return? Time will tell, I’d like to see him earn it.

Trengove must be very very close to a crack in the A Grade.

Watts isn’t depth lol.
Was joking, meant to imply that we're actually having trouble deciding on a player to come out of the AFL side to fit Jack Watts in this week because you would consider Thomas or Marshall coming out to be fairly harsh, which is a pretty crazy but good problem to have.

I think I just died inside a little bit.
Surely Kenny isn’t in Melbourne just to appear on that show, or are all the coaches required to do a stint at some time during the season?

I'd think all coaches would be doing this type of stuff.
