Ross will never drop Mayne and Suban. He thinks they are the duck's nuts.

God only knows why.

Keep playing them no change require. Langdon out for C.Pearce , Weller out for tab, Sandi if injure out for Griff.

I could handle it when they were playing some small role in a winning team, but if we're going to lose anyway we might as well get some experience into some players with higher ceilings.

The problem tha we have nobody who looks like an instant improvement.

And the whole team needs to hit form.

Crozier looks like an instant improvement over half our side after today's effort for Peel where he had 30 touches and kicked 3 straight.

This.

Next week: keep the young blokes. Bring Griffin or Hannath in for Sandi, and replace one of the role players with Crozier. Probably Suban. I didn't mind his lack of ball during the game so much as his kicks out on the full when the pressure was high. Everyone made mistakes, but that was too many.

The only other WAFL player who deserves a game on performance is Collins, and the defenders performed pretty well. Morabito needs a few weeks.

Spurr was much better today though.

IMO its not about instant improvement. It should be about potential gains. We should be investing in younger players who have potential to get better and who have much higher ceilings than players past 24 such as Mzungu, Suban, Barlow and De Boer. Those players seem to have hit their 'peaks' and are still not setting the world on fire. We shouldn't gift youngsters games by any means but we should be more open to playing for the future, especially now after such bad results in 2016.

Clem, big Jack was diabolical today . He should be a candidate for Peel reserves not the AFL.

Salim , yah feel very sad for UFO today that drop mark from hannath pretty sum up he is done .

Oh bummer, is that why he didn't play WAFL? I thought it was because he was an emergency for tonight's match.
Concussion last week playing for peel.

Get the **** out Suban and Mayne you stupid scrubs.
Suban was terrible. I only saw snippets of the game including much of the last quarter. At one point when I turned on the TV in between cooking we got the margin to less than a goal before Suban booted two out on the full with minimal pressure and managed to fall for the old Shuey head duck tackle in about 5 mins. I can't see what Suban adds tbh.

Mayne - Tabs, Mayne has to go unless we play him back and let Alex P play forward. Every goal he misses is a blow to his teammates faith in him.
Suban - Tucker, MRP will sort this out.
DeBoer - Crozier, reward of form, not sure what role we can give him, maybe a wing.
Sandi - Griff, don't have a choice sadly, 3 votes T Goldstein coming up.

Ok, didn't check todays WAFL stats yet. But that is probably the first WAFL he has dominated. Mostly his stats were unexciting like 10 touches and a goal. Can't believe he will have a huge impact.

There is of course reason in this. Can't get worse anyway. Still changes for next weeks creates the hope of a we are going to win with this setup next week. And I can't see that with any possible changes.

It's such a small simple comment.. But I think the penny is finally dropping. It's keeping me afloat amongst an ocean of eagles bullshit along all communication lines
