I like Parfitt too, but think he has a back problem at the moment?

I honestly thought Scooter was fine, least he is prepared to run defensively and actually lay a tackle.

No.Did stanley sulk and play at minimal exertion like he did last time he got dropped to the vfl?
I think Darcy Fort just put himself back into consideration.
That said, our current woes are nothing to do with team selection. It's just gutlessness. Unless the team finds a way of getting its desire back, all these changes are akin to rearranging deckchairs on the Titanic.
Parsons was very good but this level is really suited to him. He just has that extra 1-2 seconds which is what he needs to choose a better option. I thought he was stiff to be dropped for the Freo game. He’s a decent chance to be recalled but now faces competition from Dahlhaus and maybe Parfitt.I dont get why after several lukewarm games that Parsons plays better ..perhaps the best he has played for some time .. gets dropped .. then comes back to eth VFL and stands out again.. does Parson come back in catempire on this performance ...
and Buzza has been consistent all year .. they just must not rate him... as a good fit.
Not too mention slows down ball movement every single time cause he can't kick. Does go in hard though. No doubt. And does do his best to stay within his limitations. But so limited. He rotated off fyfe, Walters and hill. Got absolutely sodomized with no lubricant.

I think this is Buzza’s level. He never does anything that makes you say “wow”. Just works hard and takes his chances when they are in his favour.
I agree Henderson and Atkins are potential omissions from this week. But I thought they both played quite well actually.
Yep, I'd keep him in purely as a hard tagger because no-one else wants to do any defensive work in that midfield.Agreed. People had made up their mind about him before he stepped onto the ground. He was far from our worst and certainly had a crack.
But he can't tag!Yep, I'd keep him in purely as a hard tagger because no-one else wants to do any defensive work in that midfield.
Take out the opposition's best mid, or at least try, then go from there.
Sure he can, I've seen him do it. Trouble is he doesn't get to do it enough because under Matthew Knights no-one in that midfield has a role, they just go in there and hope for the best. But he can't tag!
Saw him tag Mitchell once. Did allright but he was still in the Hawks top few players.Sure he can, I've seen him do it. Trouble is he doesn't get to do it enough because under Matthew Knights no-one in that midfield has a role, they just go in there and hope for the best.
The MC has seemed to be reluctant too apply a hard tag in recent years.Sure he can, I've seen him do it. Trouble is he doesn't get to do it enough because under Matthew Knights no-one in that midfield has a role, they just go in there and hope for the best.
