I flew back to Perf last weekend and i am so happy I got to see my hero one last time on our home deck. 4 goals if you don't mind, either. He was superb

Why doesn't he just come out and say that it is his last year? It would give the fans a great opportunity to celebrate his career.

I feel a bit dim asking this question but I honestly can't remember, don't players announce their retirement and continue playing for the rest of the year? They do in other sports.
