Bring in Laser or Sestan and give them a fair crack at it and make Kolt earn his stripes in the 2s.

I still have some faith in Tholstrup but not sure he adds much more than Sharp atm. JVR makes sense and we've atleast seen something from him. Howes is fine but not sure what the plan for him, doesn't seem like a like for like for anyone.

Kolt is just Sparrow 2.0. tackles a lot, low possessions, high turnovers, goes missing.

Tholstrup is trash, agree with Mitchy boy that Laurie should be in over him on form but they both suck so nothing lost.

JVR in over Jeffo is interesting. Again it seems like Goody just likes picking favs v form.

No point melting about the selections though, we are going to get pumped no matter which fringe players get picked.

JVR is the right call over Jeffo IMO given JVR’s relative far greater experience, bigger body and physical game style.

JVR has also been in good marking form but a combination of being asked to play a bit further up the ground and his kicking being a bit iffy are big factors he hasn’t kicked the goals Jeffo has.

Jeffo needs to be in for a more open game and play third or fourth tallish target. We need a legit #2 target today given the opposition and conditions.

Not really.. pretty self explanatory selection. One can play as a chop out ruckman, the other can't.

I'm all for rewarding Jeffersons form but it would have to be at the expense of Melksham or Fritsch.
