2) Aquire Higher picks

3) Use said picks to address team deficiencies either on draft day or in the open market

4) Aquire Treloar or Dangerfield

5) Move on Toovey and Goldsack

Crisp will turn 22 this season, had 4 years in the system. That's a mature age recruit because he can come in and have an immediate impact unlike an 18 year old kid.
