I wanted Boomer dropped 3 years ago for not caring defensively. That non effort in the 3rd quarter today was humiliating, he took 3 steps AWAY from the bloke in order to avoid tackling him. Too late now, downhill skiing is what we are known for.

Cant really say what other changes you would make to be honest. The demise of Spud and McMahon this year has been telling. Hine, Atley and Mullet offer us more IMO.

i hope currie gets a gig against tigers, bet maric will play next week, but will be slightly suspect, if we can dominate the centre bounces and stoppage ball ups, and by doing so limit one of their biggest stengths, cotchin, martin, deledio etc etc will go a long way to helping us get over them, however, i have never come away from an 86pt win and been less confident about next week

He can play defensively, just needs to be in the mindset. He's never in the mindset when we're doing it easy!
