My mate just come back from surgeons this arvo in Subi and Waterman was having mri on shoulder he said he was 50/50 on playing Swans before the Mri.
Did see Ryan and Venables are available for Swans on twitter today.
Might be a few changes.
Id say Shuey, Ryan, Venables in for Darling, Waterman and?

If Waterman goes out now with Ryan and Venables in id say he will struggle to come back in once Darling is back in.
DV is still a while off

Well Darling and Waterman out for Shuey and Ryan. Does Masten come in for Hutch? I think Kennedy, Ahchee, Ryan, Rioli, Lecras, Cripps is a dangerous fwd line on the small SCG.
Add Darling and Venables in for bombers and Crows and that's awesome. I really don't see how Waterman can fit with Darling Ryan and Venables coming back.
I love Ahchee he has been great.

Ryan is right to go but Venables is still a way off.

Waterman has been pretty good.

hard session this weekend probably more testing than a WAFL game - and more controlled
"Vozzo said Shuey, Masten, McKenzie and Schofield should be right to go following the bye in addition to exciting first year players Liam Ryan and Hamish Brayshaw".

Sounds like he's picked up a niggle or has been playing with one.

Has Waterman been playing with a strapped shoulder?
If Waterman and Jack are out then one of M Allen or Brander would need to come in.
It looks like he had some sort of muscle soreness in his shoulder that occurred at training today. He played on Sunday without any strapping on his shoulder so I'm not sure about playing with a niggle.

Talking about McKenzie, he is the best defender we have to handle Franklin. The only concern is that McKenzie hasnt played since WCE-Port final!

Not sure he's stronger than TB or a better mark, hasnt lined up with our backline for quite a while, hate to see him mess it all up.
Remember the WCE-Port Final last year, he (and Shuey) won the game for us.
Also taking on Franklin requires speed. TB is too slow.
True, he might not be fit enough after missing out so many games.

TB is still easily pushed off the ball.
EMc was when fit the best defender in the AFL.
No way will he play this early however

It is poor but someone as small as Poppy does make the angles awkward with their relatively low centre of gravity. Tom is pretty poor at expecting contact and positioning himself well. Riewoldt got him with bodywork several times when we played Richmond.

Riewoldt got away with murder that game though.

Once in a grapple its very rare that Barrass loses the strength contest.
