Last time they beat us around the contest 161 to 138 and beat us in the clearances. Plus Buddy got a lazy 8. Parker chopped us in the midfield and Lloyd dominated our half forward line. Waterman Venables Ryan on debut. We lose Darling but gain Kennedy and have more experience into the likes of Waterman and Rioli. Hope Ryan and Rioli show is back on.

Agreed could not have summed it up any better. Also Yeo in better form now, Ryan comes back, in RIoli is in good nick, as to Waterman

Weird, not sure why I thought he cane backbround 3idh but I’m probably confused with jk coming back later

Swans could go to #1 on percentage if they win. They also come off a 6 day break for what thats worth.

We’re due to win here.

The lads have addresssd their laziness in that 4th qtr, the qtr I still stand by as the qtr we needed to have to give us a rev up.

Sick of campaigners, both our own & opposition not giving us the some respect.

We’re due.

Get behind the boys.

Or **** off.

Cant wait for this, since Sydney have had our measure for sometime now. Although we have won 2 of the last 3 against them. Bring it on

According to this then we can get back
In Ryan, Masten and Shuey
Out Darling (inj) Hucth and Nelson

Team: Hurn Barras Shepp
Cole Gov Duggan
Gaff Shuey Masten
Cripps Waterman Lecca
Ryan Josh Kennedy Rioli
Followers Nic Nat , Yeo and Redden
Int Achee, Lycett, Jetta (on notice), Sheed

Does anyone know what the club did yesterday? A simulated match behind doors perhaps to prepare for the Sydney game, or just an intense training run on a SCG sized track.

Smaller SCG is good for Ryan to come back in as not as much running will be required.

In - Masten, Shuey, Ryan
Out - Darling, Nelson, Ah Chee

Hutchings is required at SCG as it is very contested

" The 10-1 Eagles have a bye this weekend and the players were put through a heavy training session behind closed doors yesterday morning ."

Craig Vozzo did not rule out an immediate senior return for Ryan against the Swans ." He's tracking really well "
" He was really sharp at training ( yesterday ) , so it will be an interesting match committee discussion ."

Sounds like he is a 50/50 chance either way it's Sydney or Subiaco as opponents next weekend ....I think I would rather Sydney you have no chance against Subi !!

Had a dream last night where Ryan was running totally unimpeded, so that's good enough for me.

Happy for him not to play WAFL because his game relies a lot more on instincts than form. We know what he brings. If he's fit chuck him in.

We're going to have to be on from the start against Sydney. They're back to their fast starts. If we can match them early they tire later.
