Given our injury run whoever's in contention needs to be put in cotton wool instead of making the trip to Werribee. Very good chance Madgen debuts next week.

Just a few random thoughts from me.

I feel we need to get as many games into Elliott and Aish before finals as we can.

Match committee will need to work out a way to do this while maintaining the team balance but I think our ins this week need to be Sier, Aish, Elliott and Madgen.

I don't think you can play Murray again after this performance but we're probably needing to replace two defenders already. If only we had Appleby fit.

Madgen would be a great match up for McCartin I reckon.
The prospect of a half fit Buddy doesn't scare me too much but I don't know what their other key forward stocks are like.

Rolled his ankle in the second quarter. Might be one of those ones where they're okay to run out the game but need to miss the next week.

Why is Howe an out?
He is every chance of pulling up.

Hopefully Scharenberg is not a serious one.

In terms of ins, will be interesting to see how VFL team go but would have been great to have another goal kicker or two inside 50.

Callum Brown is young but a guy like Elliott or Fasolo would be awesome.

I'd even consider dropping say Greenwood.
I don't think we need another player who doesn't really have a designated spot across any line at the moment.
