Coxy getting a few free kicks tomorrow night after the conjecture during the week hopefully

Interesting emergency listing with Aish and Fasoli, but I'm not against seeing the continuity in the side either

Facts are facts.

I’d prefer not to cover my ears and pretend everything’s ok.
You're right.
Facts are facts.
We are sitting 3rd on the ladder.
You don't need to cover your ears.
Despite all the injuries everything is still going ok.

How about you give the guys a bit of credit for what they have achieved despite the odds.
You know..."support".
That's where the term "supporter" comes from.

He seems to enjoy being the devil’s advocate. Now doubt excited by the possibility of saying, “I told you so.”

Personally, I think it will be a really tough game. I’m hopeful but not confident.

I'm normally really nervous no matter who the opposition is, even if it a bottom of the ladder team I still worry about the "upset" victory.
I'm pretty calm and confident about this one.

Unfortunately I won't be able to watch it live as I will be driving down to the Mediterranean for my summer holiday but at least thanks to modern technology I will still be able to listen to the radio coverage.

Really? He’s had a couple of good games in the 2s. Needs to do more than that.

Brown gets this second week as a reward for his strong VFL form, but all bets are off unless he steps up on last week. I feel that he and Daicos are the two most vulnerable even though I’d have Mayne out ahead of Daicos. Either way negligible VFL form from Aish or Fasolo is enough to select them ahead of any of those three (when they’re ready) because at this time they are better AFL footballers, IMO. I suspect this week is about topping them off fitness wise!

Sydney have been poor in recent weeks but they get McVeigh & Jack back.
We on the other hand have a significantly weaker backline than last week with Howe & Schaz missing. Going to be a tough match. Hopefully we can get the job done & bring back Howe & maybe Aish next week.

Yeah that’s true. I’m not shocked though like TD. I think Aish and Fasolo would Be good ins if they keep up their form next week.

The upside is that Howe didn’t really play last week either... it is really Madgen and Sier in for Shaz on last week.

So I just used google translate to figure out what the hell you just said.
According to google translate the English translation for the word Kavlothika is.....wait for it.....Kavlothika.
I'm none the wiser.

You're a f great re.

They may also have come in had we not had to make two forced changes already.

Wrapt to see Sier back in. Would start him in the middle with Pendles and Adams. He can learn a few things from JPK...

Madgen is a good story and happy for him on his debut.

I am just slightly concerned about our backline but looking at Sydney's they seem a bit undermanned there as well I guess.

Finding it hard to pick this game the more I think about it.

You have Sydney under the pump, at home, bringing in Alex Johnson and rushing back McVeigh and Jack...
Jones is a big out for them... normally the kind of player that hurts us.

Would give Moore the job on Franklin.
Maynard and Crisp on Ronke and Papley.
Madgen on the other tall and Langdon can zone off.

Would look at playing Greenwood as a defensive forward on Lloyd to stifle his run off half back.

Would have liked to have seen Aish and Fas come in for Brown and Daics but not too upset to see them get another chance. Daicos was very good the week before and Brown was first game back for a while.

Expecting a big game by Cox for some reason this week. With no Grundy it's hard to see them compete with him aerially.

How I hope we line up:

B - Langdon Madgen Maynard
HB - Murray Moore Crisp
C - Phillips Pendlebury Sidebottom
HF - WHE Mihochek Greenwood
F - Thomas Cox Stephenson
R - Grundy Adams Sier
INT - Varcoe Daicos Mayne Brown

They may also have come in had we not had to make two forced changes already.

It’s certainly a possibility. Given our track record I would have just bit the bullet if that was the case because we get at least one forced change a week anyway :(

Yep and we’ll have to make another change next week to get Howe back in also. Hard to get any continuity in the group this year

We’re moving away from relevancy here, but I’m not nearly as confident. The comms out of the club concern me and have a real “make some shit up about the body jolt being the main issue and assess next week” vibe about them. Put me down as hopeful!
