What does it matter?

I have zero faith in our selection committee to actually make the required changes.

I doubt they’ll make many.

I think rightly or wrongly they’re gonna back the assortment of pseudo senior players we are rolling out to try and eke out a win in the next few weeks.

we’re carrying a bunch of blokes through not good enough performances. My preference would be if we’re going to carry players at least let those players be young with big upsides and not older trying to mask weaknesses.

I would be very surprised if we had more than 3 changes, if that.

The pains of undertaking a list rebuild is that we endure such crap. Would've like to see a more competitive performance against pussycats but sadly looks like we will may need to strap ourself in for another game of *****ness vs. Swans. Wardlaw in the side will help with defensive pressure in the midfield but FWD50 pressure improvement must happen. But can it be achieved during this season or is such a change happening over pre-season 2026/27?

On a positive note, Goad and Harvey is putting together some nice for in the VFL. Potential chop out for Xerri and replacement for Daniel. How does this team evolve to a better level his season?

Xerri gonna have to play another blinder next week, against Grundy. This week showed us why he should be in the AA team.

• CCJ straight in.
• Powell to survive the apocalypse like a cockroach

Save yourself the mental energy. You all really try so hard to think of good changes, but unfortunately we’re paying Grandpa Simpson and his 2005 dream team to drool into a laptop keyboard and do nothing

100% the correct changes for this week. Potentially Banch over JK however either are more playable then Dovaston at present.

Wardlaw, Hardeman should come in. Dovaston should come out for a block of VFL games, his body and fitness just isn't there yet and that's okay. Not sure who else goes, there's a handful you could name really.

I didn't see the 2nds game but is there any merit to Harvey coming in to play half back? He's a good user although I worry about his defensive intent.

Stopped at the bottle shop after the game on my way to a mate’s place and bought a box of 12 beers. It was on special, couldn’t help myself.

Out: I’d drop Powell twice just to make sure. Possibly Dovaston as well, which is ok as he’s just a kid and he’s got time to work on his game.

Blamires will be escape goated for Wardlaw.

Daniel will continue to be entirely non competitive in any physical contest and kick the ball 8m at every opportunity.

Our defence will be full of players who aren’t actually defenders.

Our forwards will remain static in some weird frozen statue game.

Maybe Dovaston or Spargo out for Harvey to reward good vfl form. Doubt they do it given Harvey been playing defence. Banch and Konstanty were both poor in the vfl and don’t deserve a call up.

Pink and Dawson not great either so they don’t really deserve a game over Corr either.
