I'd much rather finish 8th and play a final than 9th or 10th where the draft pick isn't much better. So would be crazy to be shelving players or putting them in for surgery etc.

Finals is also an invaluable opportunity for our younger players to get some experience playing in a finals atmosphere and intensity. It's also a good opportunity to learn more about certain players and how they cope in those conditions. Every bulldog fan should hope we make it

Hahaha just saw this post again and I missed the 2nd para. I wanted Bruce dropped after the Saints game and was howled down saying he must be kept at all costs (which was the point of my original post in this thread). Not sure what planet you're on saying I laughed at you for wanting him dropped a week later.
