I would have given Colyer another game - Excellent against GWS, solid against the Hawks, and poor against Collingwood. I would have been happy for Colyer to line up against Gaff.

yeah I thought he was very stiff, they obviously wanted to get Davey in the team and they never leave kommer out so I guess there was no spot for him with Winderlich coming back in also

agree re Colyer very stiff to be dropped before Kommer who has been v ordinary for a number of weeks now, apart from that thought Tbel may be dropped for Hille who has been in excellent form , also NLM may have been given a run

This weeks dropping lends even more weight to his lack of physicality being the issue that has kept him out of the side.

So with Carlton losing this still puts West Coast with a chance to snatch 9th and with all the shit flying around about us losing our points I am sure they will see this as a virtual Elimination final for them so Im expecting a fairly fired up and competitive eagles outfit tomorrow
