Prediction Changes v West Coast @ Marvel

Unfortunately we as a club don’t get a say. Channel 7 hate the bright light to dark shadows so they dictate that the roof remains closed. This should make zero difference for night games. We had two oppressively hot night games there this season, especially that early North Melbourne game that was over 35 degrees in there. The roof should’ve been open and would’ve made no difference to the tv coverage. And would’ve been better for spectators, players and Bevo who was melting. AFL executives are paid a lot of money to be morons.
I personally love Marvel with the roof open. I would get rid of the roof entirely and it would add probably 6,000 more seats where those 4 big pillars are and just enjoy being in the elements.

We're talking AFL and their affiliated gouging, incompetent ticketing agencies.

Those 2024 late season $5 memberships (of both Bulldogs and Hawk supporters) were scoring prime seating for last year's elim, while 50 year social club members like myself were having their barcodes rejected and ended up in the nosebleed section. So for that final, the access for that tier ticket was irrelevant, as long standing and/or full members were treated like sh1t.

I've always believed finals tickets should be allocated on continuous years membership, with members allowed to add kids tickets (assuming the kids are members, too, of course).
Reward those who keep their memberships going during the down years.

The roof is always closed. It was closed last night.

I misunderstood what Ross Lyon was saying. It was closed during the game but was open earlier when it had rained.

Funny time for Ross to laud the MCG surface too, given what we saw last week in seemingly perfect conditions.
