Did the people melting about selections actually watch the game against WWT? I don't see why people playing crap in the SANFL deserve a spot in the AFL side.
It's like people want to see the poor performance of players in the AFL punished above actually selecting the best team possible, and yes, those poor performing players in the AFL are playing better than the poor performing players in the SANFL.

Disappointing. Like many I think I'm more confused than anything else. I get that our stocks are thin but it feels like we are just picking what we think is the best 22 out of who is available, rather than picking on form and to some kind of structure.

Yep. Clearly, Ken believes that a 1 point performance in the AFL (I'll use that number because it embodies what he did in the 4th quarter, especially) is better than 32 disposals and 20 marks in the SANFL.
I would be genuinely surprised if Ken even watched the sanfl team

I don't normally get involved in changes threads (unless Mitchell is in the team), but you are spot on here. Always liked Ken, but he can just about leave now if this is his solution. Good on him for staying to his plan if it comes off, but this has to be on him now.

I didn't see the Maggies game but the write-ups were universally negative. It's a bit of an indictment of the squad that there's only the one change after some unacceptable performances last week. Still can't understand Toumps' omission, especially when we seemed to have successfully gone back to hard work as an ethic.
