Aaron Young is another that performs well above many others in the sanfl. however, in both of their cases when you defend as well as a 1 legged Frenchman in the SANFL, that's not exactly the form you want to select them on. Just another of the million times DT points and stats hardly tell all the stories.

What a load of .... Stewy was on Brodie martin for 3 quarter and kept him to 10 touches for those 3 quarters was then swapped to the back line to cut out the two big brutes back there and did the job....If they had not done that he would have finished with 40 touches..Youngy was similar with very good defensive work..Perhaps you should look at the likes of Broady, Pittard Impey for defensive negative remarks

Ok after some raional thinking taking the emotion out of the loss ive come to a decision. We can only bring in 1 of moore ah chee young not 2 or even all3. Reason behind this is whoever we pick out of the three will be called a plodder because of their leg speed and will ruin our team structure and flow. In saying that oshea and carlile are already a given.

Good luck against the tigers guys, you put in a really competitive effort against Brisbane and the main thing there is that you tried. You also really pushed West Coast the week before, so chin up. What? It was good to see you guys being competitive. There is nothing to be ashamed of, as you were never going to challenge for the flag this year, I called it before the year started. This season reminds me of West Coast's 2013 season after finishing 5th and 4th in the years before. Just work hard, be competitive and the rewards will come. Brisbane are a quality outfit, just look at their midfield. Many people have under-estimated West Coast this year, I think they will definitely make the 8 and make a few people in the top 4 nervous, but they won't get there. This group just needs to remember that they have not won anything yet and that it is not acceptable to rest on their laurels and behave like rock stars until they have lifted the cup on the biggest stage in September. Stick at it, I like your mob and think that if a needle is applied to your player's egos you will thrive next year.

We have 2 players on the long term injury list but we need Polecs spot vacant for Krakouer to extend the time we can play him I think. I'm not sure we can swap Krakouer to Polec midstream?

Interesting point..The average number of players out injured per club is 10...If we ignore Dougall and Frampton we have 1 in Polec...with none out on report etc....would be an interesting scenario for us if we had the average of 10 players out..we are really going ok in that regard at the moment
