Jeez that is grim news for you guys if so, thoughts go out. Cannot think of a worse player to lose right now! I said to my friend it would be like us losing Betts:(

All the best for the coming weeks still, good luck and thankyou for knocking off he Hawks last night for us:cool:
seeing we did your team a favour last night - any chance of Adelaide reciprocating and doing us a favour next Friday night:rolleyes:

Giles not playing for EP today, did they pull him out late to hold him over for next Friday night? Either that or Lycett may also be touch and go for next week...we'll need divine intervention if that's that case. :(

Can't expect Lycett to carry the entire load for the next one, two, three games?

Giles is in, he held his own v Jacobs in the preseason. Going in with one ruck just stuffs up you entire structure.

Barrass in for ? Hill?

Give Hill a week out, he always seems to come back better after getting dropped and freshens up.

If we keep the same structures, we are going to be royally screwed trying to win it from the bottom 4 of the 8.

Go all out 92 Cats (for those that can remember) and try and pinch a few from overwhelming goal scoring power and give in to the Governator's demands.

McGovern to CHF!

Good luck then trying to 3 team Kennedy and Darling gets to play as he should, being the 3rd tall.

Barass in and whilst he was putrid against Collingwood, probably McKenzie against a big Adelaide fwd line. Hill has been shizen for 2 weeks - so out he goes.

Ruck = Lycett and whole lot of praying to which every god your fancy takes.

Out: Natanui Nelson
In: Giles Barrass

Sheppard Barrass Schofield
Hurn McGovern Wellingham
Gaff Priddis Jetta
Masten Kennedy Cripps
Lecras Darling Hill

Ruck: Lycett Yeo Shuey
Int: Giles Sheed Butler Hutchings

Changes are redundant now. Pretty sure we're going to get smashed 75+ points. The boys will be flat as f### next week, pretty sure even they'll concede it's season over. And pretty sure we'll get pumped in the first final. Don't underestimate how significantly this has dented the teams confidence.

I hate it say it, but if we really aren't a chance to challenge, I wouldn't mind if Adelaide won, especially if the result might not even make a difference, and we'll end up 5th anyway. I just really want to see the Crows challenge for the flag. But still gotta be loyal, I spose..

Nah ...they will be pumped

We must tackle our way to victory

They are beatable

Crows were pretty underwhelming tonight. We'll beat them if they play like that again.

Main thing is we need the likes of Yeo and Hutchings to have strong games so that all the hard contested work isn't just left to Priddis and Shuey. Crows have Sloane, B Crouch, M Crouch, Thompson, who are all contested beasts in their own right. The game will be won or lost in the middle.

It was a pretty intense physical game played at a higher standard than your typical home and away. 3 goals nine and 22 inside fifties in the second quarter gave Port a sniff. Smith got injured early, he's ranked number 2 for score assists off the half back flank. Our midfield got beat by a really good balance of inside outside mids with nothing to lose and in front of 40 thousand of their fans. Smashed us in the center square.

Yet we still controlled the game, even after Sloane stirred them up belting their most respected player.

What I would like to know is, are you guys better than when you played us earlier in the year? We are. Mainly our midfield and defense. Apart from the odd hick up, brad crouch improves every game, so does his brother. Our defense is getting tighter and tighter

Brown in to replace Nic, Giles is not AFL standard and will be gone at seasoned end.

Plan - Lycett to take all centre bounces, browny only to be used around the ground with a third man up and he will give us way more flexibility for player movement as brown can be used back or forward.

Bloody hell Nelson doesn't have many fans on this Board.

He really has become a lot of posters whipping boy. He is the first person that a lot of posters want dropped every week and yet the allowances that are afforded Le Cras and Wellingham this season have be in stark contrast to those afforded Nelson.

One day you doubters are going to be eating some humble pie as Jackson Nelson is going to be a really good player.

He is playing as a defender so mentioning Lecras is irrelevant. At the moment he is the 23rd player. When Barrass comes back he will most likely be out unless they put Nelson somewhere else on the ground.

If 2015 showed us anything, it's that these guys thrive under adversity. If they found a way to win without McKenzie and Brown, they can do the same without Nic.
