Looks like one of the "interchange" will be the sub. Either Selwood or Sheed!

Got the team I expected this week with Rosa back in and Duggan having a run with the Royals. This 22 (all being fit) come finals is in my opinion our best team to take into the heat of battle.
BACKS: Butler ~ McGovern ~ Sheppard
HALF BACKS: Hurn ~ Schofield ~ Wellingham
CENTRES: Yeo ~ Priddis ~ Sheed
FOLL: Naitanui ~ Shuey ~ Gaff
HALF FORWARDS: Masten ~ Darling ~ LeCras
FULL FORWARDS: Hill ~ Kennedy ~ Cripps
INT: Ellis ~ Rosa ~ Sinclair
SUB: Selwood
The Port game tooStill think Lycett will replace Sinkers by the end of the year. Sinkers has had some terrible games at fortuitous moments. Lycett hasn't been outstanding in the WAFL, but Sinkers has been that bad on occasions (see Richmond in particular).

That is very presumptuous. Perhaps Duggan was down in the last game because he is tired from playing quite a lot in his first season.Cant believe they'd drop the silk and class of Duggan and keep Mr Hack-e-sack Scotty Selwood to butcher more possessions. If anyone watched the Melbourne game closely they'd know Duggs only needs a few possessions to be effective and make a difference. Id much rather have Duggan in the side and let him keep learning instead of a player who will not get skills he's never had.
I'll guess we won't know until team selections next week. That is very presumptuous. Perhaps Duggan was down in the last game because he is tired from playing quite a lot in his first season.
It's not that far-fetched because we already know Simpson wasn't happy with Selwood's output two weeks ago. With Duggan needing a rest and a spot opening up for Rosa, Simpson may feel like his point has been made and it's up to Selwood to perform before competition for spots tightens up again (i.e. next week probably).
There's not a man anywhere who wouldn't prefer Duggan over Selwood but in terms of player management I think it's the right decision this week.
Particularly after Duggan (Who is great but the youngest AFL player+/-) struggled over the last two weeks. lets just burn him. It'd be terrible if two veterans who have been down on form played out of their skins in a big game.
Duggan needs a run in the twos - hasn't been as effective - full game time and a chance to build confidence won't hurt him - He'll get to play against Collingwood in Melbourne in front of his family.
When I was in Melbourne we got to sit near his family. Very passionate and supportive of the young fella, was good to see.
