Also, actually wouldn’t have minded Ainsworth at this point. We’re so far beyond it that having someone who can cover ground quickly wouldn’t be the worst thing, despite his deficiencies.
Other than that there’s not really much else (considering we only have Vardy and 2 mid season draftees to select from) other than Trew not getting a game. Would have been nice to throw him in and see what he’s got, nothing to lose.

Anyone want to let me know how good these Edwards kids are for you? Starting on the field in a debut suggests to me they rate him.
I'm not confident about this. Essendon barely ran over the top of you and you had what, 3 injuries in the first quarter? Essendon have also been playing better footy than we have lately. I really get this sick feeling that despite the good changes we've made, someone is just going to lift.

What the actual heck! So pissed off about Jones, I reckon he's been great this year. Yeah he's had a few quieter games, but he's had a lot of really good games. He brings something unique to our team, pressure, tackling and energy. Love it when he pushes up the ground to help the mids then streams fwd with it.
If we had a full team to pick from I'd maybe make him a sub, maybe. But with about 10 players out he's an automatic selection for mine!
