Out: Petterd, Foly
In: LLyod, Arnot or knights or gordon

Don't see Jackson being ready, would be too underdown.

I would probably leave the team as it was. Put players on notice, if you don't perform you can go back & play VFL. We now have the depth developing to replace in most positions. Players on notice after last night, would be Vickery, Ellis, Conca, Petterd & anybody the coaches think didn't follow team instructions.
I don't think anyone in the team should be safe from scrutiny from now on, if you don't perform you need to suffer the consequences. Whether Dimma & the rest of the coaches have the guts to be ruthless, I'm not so sure.

There wont be a huge amount of changes, maybe 1 or 2.

Is Jackson alright? If so i'd bring him in for Foley/Petterd, if not I wouldn't mind King back in.

Aaron Edwards kicked 6 in the VFL. Just not sure who they would omit if he was brought in.
Are Jackson & Knights right to go?

Foley is gone .... zero impact. Jackson in.
Pettard can go .... hopefully Knights is fit.
Vickery banished for four weeks ... in Edwards.
Newman on notice ... game has gotten too quick for him. We need a crumbing forward more than we do a leading small.

Out: Foley, Petterd

In: Arnott, Lloyd

Sub: McDonough

Why do people want Edwards? Wtf has he ever done in the seniors? We have been crying out for a genuine small crumbling forward who knows where the goals are. His name is Lloyd and he also has decent disposal by foot.

Give Lloyd a go ffs

We could try Gordon in Petterd's spot aswell. Knights is a must

Foley doesn't have the impact anymore thus no good as sub. Would retain him but in the starting lineup.
Petterd and Vickery are coaches favs so they will get a game
Newman looked sore a number of times so suspect he might miss a couple, maybe knights or Lloyd come in? King still not in coaches good books.

The coach clearly has favourites, as do most, and I think it will take injury to see some players out of the playing line up.

Bit tough on Foley. 9 possessions with the highest disposal efficiency of any Richmond player at 89%.

Pivotal in the first 5 minutes of the last when he kept getting the ball out to the runners.

Problem with Foley is that he is under packs and people miss the dish outs.

I'd give Foley a full game as we need runners against Carlton.

I'd drop Griffiths and rest Newman and Morris. Vickery will need to ruck to keep his spot (A bit like Watto having to bowl) Assuming Jacko and Grimes are still underdone, I'd bring in King, Knights and Gordon to try and generate some run. I'd play Ellis at half back because otherwise Micky will tag him as he did last year.

I'd have one of Martin Cotchin and Deledio as a key forward all day

(That actually worked quite well last night as we got 3 goals out of them as deep forwards)

B Petterd Rance Astbury
Hb Ellis Chappy Vlastuin
C Deledio Cotchin Houli
Hf King Martin Edwards
F Vickery Jack Madonna

R Hampson Thomas Conca

Int Foley Knights Grigg Gordon

Em A Edwards Lloyd and Griff.

Vickery, Foley, Pettered out
King, Jackson, Edwards in

My side for Carltank:

B: Morris Chaplin Grimes
HB: Ellis Rance Vlastuin
C: Deledio Cotchin Houli
HF: Knights Griffiths S.Edwards
F: Martin Riewoldt Lloyd

R: Hampson Conca Thomas

Int: Jackson Grigg King Sub: Vickery

Vickery can be sub hopefully he wakes the flip up like Ellis last year

Did you even watch the game? You would drop our best performed forward from round 1. Even people from the gold coast board, thought he played quite well. As well as Morris who performed his usual role, keeping his opponent to one goal. Who is going to keep garlett quiet?

That would be quite interesting to see, having a fresh tall on replacing a tired tall, Possibly Griffiths meaning he could compete against a tired defender then against a tired Ruckman. Most likely won't happen Though.

Dimma wouldn't do that to his boy
