Not huge amounts to take from it, but the things that stood out to me were when he was asked about whether Moore would be at Collingwood next year, to which the answer was ‘yes, we haven’t had any indication that he will be going anywhere’, and he was also very coy when asked about Lynch.

I may have missed a bit because I stupidly didn’t go to the loo before he came on and then had to go.

Poo updates pls. More important than train updates!

The most important part for me (I know not you) is Bucks owning his foot in mouth comment last year regarding Mayne.

Admitting you’re are wrong is a true test of character IMO (looking at all the BF Collingwood Fonzies)

Why are people still doubting De Goey staying?
Addressed by Buckley tonight on TF.
Basically said that De Goey said that he wanted to stay, the manager had to come out and say they would look at a “Godfather” deal.
Just to keep leverage.

What did you expect a manager to say?

Feel like every week we say it's a critical game to win
Well, I guess it is for us this year. But the ones we SHOULD win become that much more important, if we can't end up beating the very top teams as we approach finals time.

Not much information. But also too much information....

Exactly.
DeGoey actually undermined his bargaining power. The manager did the best thing by his client and his percentage.

Or maybe De Goey is just like your mate Steele and will play for unders because he loves our Club?

Its not unreasonable for people to be worried until its official that hes staying. I think most including myself believe that but I totally get why some think hes going.

He isn't going anywhere mate.......bookmark it.

The post he was replying to had the clip of Buckley saying that in it...

I’m not one bit nervous about this weeks game and I can honestly say that it’s the first time in years I have no doubt we will win and win well.

Same. They may be the enemy and they may well be fired up to play us, but they simply do not have the personnel to execute a winning game plan.

Mark it in the book.

With Varcoe out of the running im tipping Blair in.
