Think all of Elliott, Moore and Reid need at least 3 runs in the 2s before being considered for the 1s.

The next three games we should have covered if we play anywhere near our potential. It is game on after that leading in to the finals. Hopefully form will see all three force their way in to the team. If they can we become even more of a threat.

My gut tells me Daicos will have a really good game against Carlton. He feels like he’s on the verge.

I hope he gets 1 more week. He had career high disposals against Melbourne without being overly noticeable but you see these flashes of the highest quality silk.

If he does nothing against Carlton, then send him back.

I'm a big fan of Wells but honestly the inclusion of Sier won't deliver much less than we have received from Wells. I personally think it's time for us to blood Sier, he needs his chance. I second that for Wills and McLarty.

On a more conservative note, Varcoe if fit is a solid replacement.

There was a little passage at the end of the game where he looked at home, worked his way through some traffic, handed if off and then got it back. He needs to more of that. Despite the name I think he can live up to it over time
