To me that’s a super positive sign.

We know what Petty is and isn’t as a forward already. Going with the contest Petty can provide would be safe for Goodwin to go with and what I would’ve expected.

But seemingly persevering with JVR and Jeffo is the right move for their development.

Maybe it’s a signal that they have faced reality and are using the remaining games with a view to next year instead of just trying to win.
