Felt for Maric. Sitting there in that red vest, he knows that he has been given it too many times.

Looked like a guy who knows that Richmond wont be his permanent home and there wont be clubs clammering for him.

Out of interest MadTiger, why Moore??. Im not a bleeding heart caught up in the good feel story but why not give him the rest of the year. Giving up on Moore means another year of McGuane. The man looks like a typical player who would run around with Des Ryan and Laffy in the eighties. Rance puts him to shame.

Anyone calling for Post's head weren't watching him today. Completely dominated Tarrant who has shown a fair bit during norf's resurgence. He marked reasonably well, was clean, and absolutely played his role. It baffles me that he was never given a run of 5 games regardless of form.

How Miller was played ahead of Post is beyond me....selection committee at RFC still have their favorites. Anyone who watched Coburg yesterday would've laughed at Miller, has the turning circle of the titanic.

Leave Posty in for the rest of the year (FB, CHB, CHF or even 2nd ruck). Leave Maric in and don't sub him. Make Moore & Newman prove they are right to go again next year. Give Arnot or the Rookies a couple of games to show him them the fitness level required to play AFL. No it is not tanking, just due dilligence.

I agree. Browne, Post and Webberley deserve to play for the rest of the year. Lets plan for next year.

Well if Maric isn't 100% then why not play Browne? If he struggles to come up next week i would like Browne to play. Browne is a fair bit better than Graham

For sure, I'm a brown-dawg fan from way back.

I'm not advocating playing injured players to try for junk time wins - but to put the cue in the rack and take the "play the kids" approach would be stupid. There is a reason we've dropped the Geelong, WCE, Ess, Suns and North games from winnable positions this year and it's not beacuse our players know how to deal with pressure situations and get over the line! The more experience they can have playing together and WINNING together the better. If it "costs" us 4 places in the draft order, so be it

Still think either Post of Griffiths should be in the forward line. I think we can have Post/Griif, Riewoldt and McGuane in the same forward line without seeming too tall.
