2012 is not dead. We need to jag the three games we're supposed to, at the least. If we limp through, book in for op's, lose to dogs etc., we will prove Mike Sheehan correct. We don't want that.

Both Post and Griff should b given the ruck duties to gain real match experience in ruckwork .

well he's not fit, he's still a "test" candidate, so I think we can put a line through him.
Post is a VERY average ruck IMO. I can hack him as a second ruck, but no way is he up for 80%+ ruck duties
agree but he has some ruck ability same with griff .
both gus and browne r very average as well and will offer very little anyway.
really i was just throwing that option of development out there as i do expect them to go with gus or browne.

understand where you are coming from, but Post's development will be forward or back, not as a ft ruck.
Browne is the option for me, Gus's papers should be stamped
id prefer browne too only because hes got heart .
I know post will never b a full time ruck but he should b a part timer in the future.
Griff down the track may though who knows.
griffs shoulders were ****ed because of rucking in his junior days, we wont risk him in the ruck I expect. if ivan doesnt come up the browne or derickx as the 1st ruck. I wouldnt mind seeign derickx as the 1st ruck with back up from post.
Yeah thats an option i wouldnt mind seeing ,basically any option apart from a fit maric is risky.
more than likely not. but i think he would be better than gus. on par or better than browne. he's older, big hard body, and if he plays like he did in his first game (laying 5 tackles in a quarter) then he will be better around the ground then both.
I think playing your second game would be harder than playing your first. I'd give him another shot purely to see what he offers as a 1st ruck, not a forward or a backman.
he cost us our season.. hardly deserves another shot. just think how much he got paid to take that 1 chest mark and he dropped it.

Who gives a ****. If everyone in the team had played better we would have been 15+ goals up so it wouldn't have mattered. Even if they won that game, they still have to win another lets say 12 games during the season to make finals. Grow some brains and just don't regurgitate things other people say thinking that mentioning someone's name gives the comment authority. Piss poor, mate.
Yep. Vickery is our only other decent ruck option. We have zero ruck stock propects. Needs to be addressed.
why did it have to get to that stage? Derrix should never have been put in that situation to begin with if we didn't play like bunch of ****s for most of the game.
