He was in the right place at the right time fir his 2 goals and then did **** all.

It was suggested that with a 5 day break and Crouch still a very young player, he maybe an out fir a rest as he was running on the spot towards the end.

And Lyons isn't rated by Sanderson and when he was talking about players who performed in the SANFL this week, wasn't even mentioned and never seems to be mentioned.

Plus, we are going to keep playing our best 22, when we all know our best 22 is crap and we will get belted by Collingwood, Geelong and then Freo. But as long as some of they player we keep get those extra 50 games and we still achieve **** all in the next 5 years, this footy club will be awesome.

Two compulsory changes with Riley (inj) and McKernan (stupidity/suspended). Surely the Jaensch experiment must be brought to an end now? I couldn't understand why he was selected this week, selecting him next week is just pointless stupidity.

This could be the end of the road for Riley's career - and what a horrible way for it to (possibly) end. Unlike some gutless wonders on this board, I'm not going to gloat over his injury (as other's did with Reilly's injury). It's never good to see a player with a serious injury like this and there are no positives to be taken from it. I feel sorry for him and just hope that he is able to recover from what looked like a very nasty accident.

Surely it's time for Grigg to come into the side, having played many, many quality games for the Redlegs?

Changes? It won't matter. I watched Collingwood last night. How they could be so inept and shit against Port, and then play a powerhouse game the week after is puzzling. Crows won't get within 9 goals - I would have said 10, but that sounds too cliche-ish...I actually think it will be more like 12 goals.

But for the sake of shifting deck chairs....

and for this reason, we must play the inexperienced players.

hell it's not like they're underperforming anyway. a big debut by Grigg in that environment could just make him as a player. if he suffers then you just paint it as a learning experience.

I can't remember the last time Collingwood thrashed us, even during our down years. I don't think we'll win, but it won't be a massive margin, we usually match up well against them. 3-5 goal loss I reckon.

Ah, yeah he was, and he played a good game. Could have been a little more accurate, but kicked a couple of crucial goals (at the time), and his clean hands were a feature as always. I'm confused as to how you saw it as a bad game just because we lost.

He ran into an open goal - right time, right place. No skill in that.

He fell out if the game for a very long period of time and did only maybe 3 or 4 things during the game that were good. The rest were below average or had no influence in the game.

You are looking to pump him up or are very easily pleased but he wasn't one of our bests tonight. Nit that we had many anyway.
