And my expectation of the match committee is that they don't put a 3rd game 192cm defender on a resting midfielder in greasy conditions. Crazy stuff.

What I would like to see:

Out: Brown, Power, Josh Smith

In: Riggio, Grima/Warren, Gibson

Surely we don't need Watt, Thompson and Gibbo?
With Gibbo coming back, one of Watt or Thompson has to go IMO. I would prefer we bite the bullet and make it Watt.

After the weekend VFL and injuries I would now go:


IN: Riggio, Sinclair, Gibson
OUT: Brown, Power, Watt

Get Brown to man up on Cox and to not let him run free.

Hamish to only contest centre square ruck contests and then to drift forward.

Hamish and Brown = Corza and Roberts.

i think we'll put in a much better performance against the roos next week (its easy to improve on that carlton game), whether thats enough to actually win is another question.

roos by a few goals for me, wouldnt be totally surprised if we won.

yeah Chad Jones is out for sure, badly sprained ankle. he was playing reasonably well.

Priddis should be in, sumich said hes about 70/30 chance.

obviously kerr is still suspended

some say ash hansen will come in for Cones but i think seaby will come in.

so for me i think our changes will be something like:
Out: Cones, Nicoski
In: Seaby, Priddis

hopefully it'll be the first time in about 5 weeks we've had less than 4 changes.

This is far from the silliest idea I've read on BF. In fact it's far from the silliest idea from Zondor. I don't know if Browny is the man for the job circa 2008 tempo, quite possibly Josh Smith can be groomed over the next couple of years but H as a centre square ruckman, then forward 50 weapon is mouth watering.
