One thing I didn't expect was that having the extra mid meant LA was moved to HF. Not sure how I feel about that one.

Probably 3. Seems I'm not alone in thinking that he should be dropped.

Mullett showed today he can do what Campbell does, if not better, as the sub. We've still got to give Mullett a full game every so often, so Campbell will get another chance along the way.

I'm definitely not the biggest Garlett fan and he'll probably go once JZ gets back but he took his chance with both hands. Laid heaps of tackles, did plenty of nice things inside and kicked a great crumbing goal when we needed it.

Mullett was okay, but I'm not calling for J-Mac's head. I like what he brings to the table.

Yep, I fear this aswell. I reckon he's a good player in a bottom 8 side. Hope he can prove me wrong, though.

I simply will never understand the hate that JMac gets around here sometimes. He's a good young player, and has been a good contributor all year.

Panics too much Chad, he lacks composure at times and is prone to coughing up an easy ball. I think he will be a good player but I think he needs to go back to the VFL and work on a few things.

Well I definitely agree with that. He is our most competent whipping boy I've ever seen.

But it is only Daz, theZiebull and roos_fanatic who 'hate' on him. But they are very loud doing it.

I don't hate him. He is young and very vulnerable under pressure.

He is a wingman not a back pocket or half back flanker.

He gets found out one on one way too often. Needs to work on body position and strength.

Wright gets exposed for pace in the back half far to often. Gets led to the ball alot. He is pretty reliable on both feet and links up well in the switch around the back. Rarely provides any rebound thou mainly due to his lack of pace. I don't think he'll get dropped but really needs a matchup on a slower player.

Jmac provides more rebound and run but gets exposed close to goal in contested marking situations. His disposal isn't as clean as Wrights.

It's a tough call but Mullet deserves another go and Adams will come straight in if fit.

I thought Garlett, Campbell were both average. Campbell should play as super sub. Garlett out. Mullet would mind seeing getting starting game. I think id like to see this kid play every game for the rest of the year and get the games into him.

Im not a JMac hater by any stretch, but Mullet before he was dropped, and again today showed he is a much cleaner player with the ball in hand. Perhaps there is an issue with Mullets tank over 4 quarters, but right now Mullet > JMac in just about every other department.

Bastinac needs a spell, just for a week or two to give him a boot up the bum.

Don't know about a week off but definitely needs to improve his skills under pressure. May of had over 30 possies but his turnovers and a few half arsed efforts negated a lot of his good work. At the game i thought he might of been the one subbed.

I also thought Hansen played ok, presented all day, if Taz didn't get a few late he would of been WOG he needs to improve his bodywork bigtime!

He was good enough to be named as emergency.

IMO the ball came out too easily today, and Hansen in particular offers little when the ball hits the deck. Black is also able to set up a teammate by hand or foot far better than Hansen, Tarrant and Petrie.
