Problem was he didn't know himself who he should have been picking up and didn't pick up either. Obviously you are a Morris fan but I don't rate him. Lacks composure. When Morris was on Garlett, who was on Yarran? And when he was on Yarran who had Garlett? The poor bloke was basically playing a lone role as a stopping small defender on TWO smalls who also has licence to push up the field. While he was beaten, as I said, who else would have done a better job? He needed help from others.

Heath Shaw is way better
Both are completely different styles of players.Enright![]()
Matt white is a great sub but wait didn't he go to port for more game time opportunities???....![]()

Yeah, also think you'd want to be at the club a touch longer than 2 minutes before you start celebrating a goal by grabbing your jumper
Maybe Port haven't started hanging it on him about his tattoos yet!
Both are completely different styles of players.
Shaw and Enright are running half-back flankers ala Houli.
Morris is a lockdown defender like Spurr or Laird.
Guthrie generally takes the better forward pocket. Guthrie is good.Enright plays lockdown roles though.
2 goals in the showdown isn't enough?Ah good on him. He got a financial stability for 3 years. He's fringe 22'for port and it won't be long until he's out of the side.

It's a strange one.2 goals in the showdown isn't enough?
Lloyd, Jackson and McDonough in to the side.
Newman, Petterd and Foley out of the side.
Martin, Cotchin and Deledio in the guts and rotating forward. Grigg to tag Libba.
Jackson as sub to get some gametime into him at the bigger level. Plus will provide second half grunt against a good contested side.
McDonough to play his perfect role of Paul Chapman type forward rotating on ball. Thanks.
Petterd? I'm not the biggest fan but he had his best game for us on Thursday..
No they're not. They are just superb defenders who play on a man and when the team is on offence, play an active role. There are very few players in the AFL like Morris whose role is only to shut down small forwards. I personally believe it's not enough. Morris needs to be replaced in the long-term, but unfortunately we have no-one better than him right now. Both are completely different styles of players.

There is quite a few, but while he is good in the role, he has to get better at it. He gets drawn to the contest but then he is left their then has to do mad dashes to make up ground. All i want him to do is shadow his opponent. As I said before, he gets better, we get better.Nick Smith
To be fair to the kid he's probably forgotten how to play this role.Lloyd, Jackson and McDonough in to the side.

He can't play a full game. You get the same output from him as a sub or full game. About 10-12 touches and a goal as well. It's a strange one.
Played the full game last week for 12 possessions.
Came on as a sub at the start of the 4th on a 30 degree day where players were cramping early in the last. The heat was off the game and his side was 5 goals up. As the fresh man, with no pressure in the game at that point he certainly did his job yesterday.
But what do the Power expect of him? A 20 possession line breaker who averages a goal a game or a specialist sub? The latter is a tough role to keep, particularly if you have a couple of quiet games. The former I don't believe he ever played to good effect consistently at Richmond.
King stays - only small forward who can apply pressure. Creates a lot of chances.
Disagree he is the only 1 who can. Arnot does it well too.King stays - only small forward who can apply pressure. Creates a lot of chances.
