Blease had 8 tackles and used his disposals much much better. Bennell will go (and should never come back).

I thought Nicho was terrific in a backline under siege and is becoming more composed each week.

That is very pleasing. Blease needs to find more of the ball no doubt, but (if he doesn't take-off to Blacktown) I think he could be an important part of our side going forward. Glad to hear that he has an 8 tackle game in him...

At the players function he was mostly by himself and with not much interaction with the other players. If you watch at the games you will see it as well. Might be just his personality or something else. I don't know.

Would be hard to judge him on one players function - he could have just been having a shit day.

I know the boys give him some banter about his 'head wobble' - I think he's good mates with a few of the younger guys.

I hadnt heard the rumours but was told about them that day at the game. So that was probably why I was noticing it more.

I'm not judging as I hope he does stay, as we need player with his speed and skills at the club.

Great to see Fitz listed as best on for Casey. Greeny will probably be back in; Couch might finally get a game. Morts named in the bests too is good. Seems there were a fair few lads who put their hand up, interesting to see what Neeld and Co think though. Could be a lot of changes; or stuff all I guess.

I would guess Frawley, be interesting to see if Watts gets any time on him. Might have him covered for pace if Pav goes for a run but surely Pav would outmuscle him fairly easily.

I'm honestly not too worried about Pavlich, nothing against Freo but the only player for a team to kick more than four goals against us this year has been Eddie Betts who got five. Honestly, you'd be more likely to have goal kickers spread across your midfield, but I doubt Pav will kick any more than four, and if he's matched up with Frawley I believe he could be controlled to two.

Magner to the ****ing midfield, please for the love of god. He was killing it, absolutely killing it, in the early rounds, then for some reason he started getting played as a forward and has been invisible ever since.
