He's a Plodder because he's slow. Possession counts don't change that. He's skills aren't terrible, but they're not great. His skills average. I don't mind him getting games because he tries his hard out and doesn't have too many weaknesses but he doesn't have a great strength or a point of difference.

While Phillips was best on in VFL prior to his debut I don't like the weekly revolving door policy. We either should have ignored form and selected Aish last week or given Phillips another senior game this week finding another out for Aish if need be.

Baltimore, any chance for a wack at selection will be taken even if said player not dropped yet.
