Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
Hopefully we find out early in the week why Wells hasn't been playing and when he will play.
Seems odd that it has lingered on for so long when originally was supposed to be just 1 week out
Time to look ahead to Friday night and get close to our best 22 on the park.
In: Mullett, Grima, Wells

Nahas a must to stay in. With Geelong's experienced back 6, the need for defensive pressure is even more then usual. I can see them try and isolate Majak with Mackie, in an attempt to run off him a bit as Johnson did for Freo, need LT and Nahas to make this harder for him. Hopefully Maj can hit the scoreboard, getting his couple, anymore then that is a serious bonus.
Wright holds his spot, great matchup for Stevie-J.
Doubt Wells will be back.
I rated Tippet but I imagine he will give way for Narni.
Wood deserves a crack very soon, but I doubt Scott will make it happen.
I'm not entirely sure I want to see Tippett make way for Grima, as good as Narni is.
Not keen on dropping Wright at all. The poor bastard needs a chance to get into some form. Coming in for one week and being out for 4 is not gonna help that.
I think giving him a chance to prove he is best 22. Id have Wright over Patch any day of the week.Give him a chance at the cost of running out with our best 21?
No thanks.
Wood has to play, you can't keep denying a bloke who's in such good form.
His last senior game was at the Cattery pre season and on that game alone he should've debuted in round 1.
Not sure who for but he is a league footballer and should debut this week.
I think giving him a chance to prove he is best 22. Id have Wright over Patch any day of the week.
Yes, I rate Wright quite highly. He just hasn't been given a chance to prove himself the last couple years which is shit. He is down on confidence, that running goal he missed in the 3rd last night you just saw the disapointment in his face, he was visibly upset about it. He needs a chance, and I hope he gets it.Patch is another I agree.
I reckon Stevie J will get rubbed out. Brought his forearm down with sufficient force across Barlows face.
And apparently a head butt against Crowley?
Would you still want Wright in if Stevie is out?
Are you talking about Grima? You people are insane!
Why drop Tippet and bring in a very slow one dimensional player who is out of form!?
Loose was very solid* also. What was wrong with Wright's game (aside from the bad miss)? Thought he was better than McMahon anyway.
Seriously you cant be serious? Patch Adams runs rings around Sam Wright in every category.I think giving him a chance to prove he is best 22. Id have Wright over Patch any day of the week.
