I had to look it up. Six weeks between playing the same team in a 23 week season of 18 teams.

Yes, it would be tough. Remember back in the day when the experts used to say wait until every team has played each other once before you can properly gauge how teams are traveling? For us this year that will be after round 22.

Understand the frustration over Gus but the on I really want to see is Palmer. Looked like he had something in his few games and his SANFL form has been better than Johnson to say the least. He may be looking for opportunities elsewhere at the end of the year if it doesnt happen for him here

Ken was asked about Gus, and he said there are about 6 in the SANFL pushing for a call up and they need to continue to perform and work hard to get an opportunity but he's loving having no injuries.

I think we're evenly matched but as someone who lives in Melbourne and has travelled down the highway on several occasions I would temper my enthusiasm. I've watched us play some revolting footy there. Hope the dynamic of it being a 'Thursday Blockbuster' might help. Tag Selwood, let Danger have 40 touches and 10 turnovers and expose their lack of pace.

Oh the only game and that awful place I didn't get to was 07 when Dom slotted that glorious goal on the buzzer. Unfortunately that win has an asterix next to it due to ****ing they gave us 4 weeks later.....
